I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of the gorgeous Barbara. I was Barbara's hairdresser for many years and I will miss our chats about her garden and what books she's reading. She was an amazing woman who showed so much kindness and love. I will miss her very much. My biggers condolences to all of Barbara's family and freinds. 💗💗💗

I'm very sad to hear of the passing of my dearest friend Barbara. It has been a wonderful friendship for over 60 years. Barbara was a beautiful lady with a beautiful heart. We had so many happy times together I will always remember her and cherish the happy memories. My love to you David and Jo and your families at this sad time. Shirley.

We lived next door to Barbara, Dick, Dave and Jo in Alveston for many years and we have very fond memories of that time. The best neighbours you could wish for. Pauline and Barbara used to work together at various hospitals in Bristol and she will be sadly missed by us all. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very sad time. Sending love to all the family. Barbara was such a lovely, kind lady and I have special memories of seeing her in 2004 when I visited from the UK. We had a lovely walk in the sunshine, catching up with all the family news!x

Very sorry to hear this sad news, thinking of you all, Barbara was a wonderful person, so warm and welcoming, I can still remember as an 8 year old constantly kicking our football into your garden and her happily throwing it back….!!!, love and warm wishes, Steve
