Peacefully at Tainui Rest Home on Saturday, 8 February, 2025, aged 90 years. Dearly beloved husband of Kath for over 67 years. Loving father of Joanne Ward, Debbie & Carlyle Campbell, and Harley & Hilda. Loved Poppa of Emily, Alexander, Daniel (dec) & Helena Ward, Blair (dec) & Tina Campbell, Tessa and Luke Llewellyn, Bradley Benton and Sarah, Rochelle & Cameron Todd, Danielle (dec), and Mitchell & Hannah Benton, and great Poppa of his 12 great grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Evan’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Friday February 21, 2025, at 2pm.
