It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of our beloved Tukua, who left this world on 10 February 2025 at the age of 14 years.

He was a cherished son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend and a source of light and kindness to all who knew him. Tukua will be remembered for his unwavering love, generosity, and the joy he brought into our lives.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the beautiful memories we shared and will forever hold in our hearts.

Tukua will arrive at Te Kokohinau marae at approximately 5pm today (Tuesday 11th Feb)

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Tukua’s life will be held on Friday 14th February at 10am at Te Kokohinau marae. Whanau and friends are invited to join us in saying our final goodbyes and sharing in the love and legacy Tukua leaves behind.

Forever in our hearts, Tukua, you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
