MCLEAN, Alister William (Jock). 07.10.1950 - 16.02.2025, in his 75th year. Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Loved partner of Margaret McDermott and loved husband of the late Margaret McLean. Dearly loved father and father in law of Malcolm & Corrina, Nicola and Stephen, Hamish and Toni, and the late Campbell. Dearly loved Grandad Jock of Lachlan, Holly, Kayla, Mandy, Olivia, Jess, Flynn, Bayden. Special friend of Gavin and Ruia, Nathan and Korena, and Tracey. Dearly loved Brother, Brother in law, Uncle and friend to many.
Special thanks to the Hospice and District Nurses of Eastern Southland
and for those that have helped Alister through his journey.
A funeral for Alister will be held at Transport World, 491 Tay St, Invercargill on Friday 21st February 2025 at 1pm. A livestream of the service will be available on the tribute page for those unable to attend Alister’s service.

Rest easy Farm Manager, the kids have it under control now. I'll cherish the times we've had, sorting the world's problems out Jock. You'll be sorely missed, but rest up now buddy, your work on the land is now done 💕
