Thank you Nana Connie, for loving and acknowledging me from afar, for being a steadfast and caring presence in my life, for your letters and cards and gifts throughout the years. I'm so sorry I didn't bring my kids and husband to come visit before you passed. Thank you all for sharing stories both in person when I visited years ago and in the celebration of her life. Wow, what a lady. Your stories and love live on through so many of us. I love you Nana Connie, Kayla xoxo
