With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Gary aged 42 years, who left us on 26 February 2025 at Harbour Hospice Red Beach, after a courageous battle with an aggressive cancer. Dearly loved son of Deanna and the late David. Loving brother of Mark and Catherine, Shane and Hiroe, Darren, and Stacey. Adored Uncle to Naeve, Oliver, and Riley.
A celebration of Gary's life will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4 Lucia Glade, Meadowbank, on Monday 3 March at 11am. Special thanks to the staff at ward 5 North Shore Hospital and Harbour Hospice for their care. Throughout his fight, he showed immense strength, determination, and grace.

Uncle Gary, You are amazing, loving, goofy, and marvelous. I am going to miss you so much! I can still remember the time I colored in your tattoos because I thought they needed more colour or the time you carried around my pink, fluffy dog bag in a shopping center full of people. Rest in peace Uncle Gary, I love you! Naeve ( your oldest niece )
