To Myra and family, my heartfelt condolences go out to you all. I have just found out of Bryan's passing last night and this morning watched his service. Such a beautiful human being, love and pride poured out of him for Myra and the life they made together. His children and grandchildren. I had the pleasure of spending many hours working with Bryan at Thames Street, lots of chat and laughter as well as a beer at end of day. His smile, support kindness and friendship will always stay with me. Rest in peace and may light surround you.

The world lost a great man. I couldn't have asked for a better neighbourhood to grow up in and a better family to be the neighbours. So many fond memories of BBQs, family trips together and of course the great fish we reeled in both locally and a far. Rest in peace Bryan. Thank you for treating me so kindly growing up. You will always have a space in our hearts.

Such a loss of an awesome guy. So many core childhood memories living next door to the Stevens - from Bri's shed looking at the cool sewing machines and fabrics, up in the greenhouse or in the garden, the labour weekend traditional bbq, xmas breakfasts and countless hours on the boat or shooting the breeze with dad over a beer. Brian always treated us kids as one of his own and rarely got frustrated with us hanging around (well not that we noticed!). Rest easy, you will be missed. Myra, Leah, Darry and Nicola as well as the kids, Brian will never be forgotten, he lives on in many of our hearts and thoughts.

Dan shared Leah’s words where she mentioned that so much of her childhood memories took place in Brian’s workshop. I have many happy childhood memories of 11a Thames where Brian would dish us out frozen ice blocks all summer. Rest easy Brian. Much love to Myra, Leah and Dan and Darry and Nic x
