In Loving Memory of Deborah (Debbie) Jean Nelson (née Thomson)

Deborah “Debbie” Jean Nelson (née Thomson) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 1st, surrounded by love.

Debbie leaves behind her beloved husband of 47 years, Perrie, their three children, Craig, Scott, and Jodie and eight treasured grandchildren Jesse, William, Maia, Blake, Katie, Payton, Addy and Finn who brought immense joy and light to her life.

A service to celebrate Debbie’s life will be held at Morris and Morris Funerals, 17 Western Hills Drive, Whau Valley, Whangārei, on Wednesday, 8 October at 10:30am. This will be followed by a burial at Maunu Cemetery.

Following the service, family and friends are warmly invited to gather in remembrance upstairs at the Parua Bay Tavern from 1:30pm onwards.In lieu of flowers, the family kindly invites you to consider making a donation to North Haven Hospice, in appreciation of the compassionate care they gave to Debbie.
