Katherine I'm so sorry it took us so long to reconnect having been about 15/ 16 when we last saw each other. I was every taken with your determination to carry on no matter how bad things got and your total love for your husband Barry and your boys. Soon of us never know that kind of love. Rest easy cousin and I'll see you on the other side Love Lyn

Kathryn in one word - AMAZING! I have had the privilege of working with Kathryn since she became Grocery Buyer at Wairau. I loved that she was smart, fair and called a spade a spade. You never walked into Kathryns office without being well planned. I loved our conversations, all of which reverted to our mutual love of our families and gardening. Her devotion to her family was so evident. My heart and thoughts go out to Barry, James, Connor and Kathryns mum. Please know how well loved and respected Kathryn is.

Kathryn, my mentor, my friend—you are one of the most incredible people I have ever had the privilege to know and work with. Your strength, passion, and kindness have left a lasting impact on me, and I am so grateful for everything you have taught me. You believed in me, guided me, and gave me opportunities that have shaped me in ways I can never fully express. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your wisdom, your support, and your friendship. I will always cherish the time I’ve spent learning from you. May your soul rest in peace.🙏

So pleased you came to see us when u were in the south island. I will miss our chats and catching up with yr life. Sending barry, james and connor and family much love as they travel this life without you. You were an amazing Lady. I'm proud to be your friend.
