Ian passed away peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital surrounded by loving family on Sunday 30th March 2025, aged 81 years.  Loved husband of the late Margaret.  Cherished dad of Judy and Phillip Scorringe. Treasured grandfather of Jayden, Troy, Tanisha, and their families.  Loved uncle of Raymond and Helena Buckland and adored brother of Jeanette Garrett.  A service for Ian will be held on Friday 4th April 2025 at Hardings Funeral Chapel, Regent Street Hawera, commencing at 10am, after which a private cremation will be held.  A livestream of Ian’s service will be available on his tribute page at www.hardingsfunerals.co.nz/tributes for those unable to attend.
