What a lovely service for a lovely man. We remember how kind Gus was to his brother Bill, our Dad, in his final months. Also how kind he was to Glenda, our Mum, in helping her cope with her loss and staying in regular contact with her. We were so lucky to have had him as an Uncle. Our deepest condolences to Anita, Fiona and Aisea.

Sending our condolences from the entire Crysell family. Gus was one of Barry's mates for at least 75 years. Barry will miss his chats with Gus . We will all have fond memories of the Gang at the Crysell residence on Durie Hill, Whanganui.

Aramoho Whanganui Rowing Club would like to send our condolences to the family. Gus was a hard working President and Life Member for many years, particularly with the former Wanganui Rowing Club and with the Aramoho Whanganui Rowing Club after the Clubs combined in 1986.

Gus we met at the Wanganui Rowing club in the mid 50s we shared interests which created many memories I admired your business achievments which resulted in the lovely home you built overlooking Welcome bay .Thank you for your friendship rest in peace my best friend . Graham [Brisbane ]
