Very sad to see Henry has passed away. My Brother Alistair was his best friend as lived around corner from us in awapuni. I would often see him at foodstuffs Kaimanawa st when calling in to do business. My one memory of him was when we lived in Ashhurst and he arrived at our place on his mot motorcycle as was a traffic officer back then. Will be sadly missed

Henry and i went to awapuni school then we became freinds at my workplace , henry loved to upgrade his sound system in his current car so he would buy a top grade head unit and speakers for each new vehicle and then get advise so he could fit them himself , i remember a very happy and cheerful man.

So very sorry to hear the loss of a great mate who was like a brother to me. Right through primary, intermediate and secondary school we were inseparable getting up to heaps of fun and mischief together. Henry was my best man at my wedding, and I have lots of fond memories of us growing up. You will be very sadly missed mate. May you rest in peace. Al & Vanessa
