Passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 8th, 2025, aged 94. Beloved and cherished husband of the late Pepe- Mary, dearest and devoted father of Sister Eugenia RSJ, Father Paul Helsham OFM Cap, Patricia, the late Metala, Lise Southgate and the late Kevin, Dianne, George and Jodie, Margaret, Sofi- John and Janina, Arthur and Savali, Bryan and Bonnie.

Precious grandfather of Melissa-Rose, Ewa and the late Michael, Rachel, Ashley and Bradley, Tana, Duane and Kaycee, Jesse, Jared and Jordan- Pepe, Aaliyah- Corazon, Marques and Clarice- Jahleh, Heremaia, Huarahi and Ireia. Treasured great-grandfather of Kaiah and Kora, Ezekiel, Pepe- Jahleh and Renzo.

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. We love you so much Dad/ Pa. We thank you for all your love. We will miss you so much. Reunited with your soulmate. Rest in love and peace with your darling soulmate Pepe- Mary, and all our loved ones.

A family service will be held on Monday 14th April at 7pm. George's Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 15th April at 11am. Both services will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Carruth Road, Papatoetoe.
