Dear Lila, Thank you for everything.... Your Pickle recipe... Your Xmas cake...Your many other baking tips I still remember.... Your Loving acceptance of my eldest two Sons and Myself when we first entered your family... My Children and I have the fondest of memories of the many times we shared up in Horeke with You and the rest of the family You were Nana to them and a Wonderful Mother-in-law to me.... I am so sorry I could not be there in person, but have watched and it was a beautiful service. I loved hearing everyone speak. My most favourite new thing I learned about Aunty Lila is that she jumped out a window to run off and marry Uncle Richard - I so hope that story is true! She was a truly wonderful woman.
