You were always such a bright spark and whenever we met, there was always a huge smile. Having recently arrived back from the Middle East, I was keen to show you photos of my time spent with our daughter Andrea and of the night Rhys shouted us a beautiful Thai dinner. Sadly I was too late. My thoughts were with you Jill in your last days. Now you are free.

Jill was a lovely bubbly person, and always bright and cheery and was one of my mums best friends. She would visit mum for a cuppa and a chat often and I loved listening to their conversations and sharing of their lives. Her vibrant energy and voice lives on in my memory. They shared and supported each other through their life challenges and they were examples of how to live life, with strength and integrity and love. Jill was so proud of her children and grandchildren and we often heard of their accomplishments. We enjoyed many Monday mornings of Tai Chi at Oakura together with mum and we shared a cuppa afterwards.The three friends, Mum, Judy and Jill together again.
