We acknowledge the passing of Tuiti Makitanara Meihana who sadly passed away on Sunday 27th April 2025 at Murupara, surrounded by his loving whanau. Matua is currently laying in state at Tipapa Marae, Murupara, where he will remain until the burial service.

Whanau have advised that the 11am service will take place on Wednesday, 30th April 2025, followed by a graveside burial at Te Awangangara Urupa.
