Formerly of Hunterville. Passed away at home in Bethlehem on 28th April 2025 after a long battle with COPD. Dearly loved husband of Shona for 47 years. Loved son of the late Bill and Audrey Purves, brother and brother-in-law of Allison and Campbell, and the late Carolyn, Sue and Mark. Cherished father and father-in-law of Lindy and Michael, Kirsty and Anthony, Jennifer and Konrad, Helen and Steve. Adored by his nine grandchildren. Dearly loved by the Taihape Gordon families and a special brother-in-law to Fiona. An avid farmer, fisherman, and friend to many.
