Bereavement pānui on behalf of the Heke Whānau, regarding the passing of their beloved Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend, Christopher Josephe Heke, who sadly passed away on Wednesday 30th April 2025 in Auckland. Matua Christopher is currently laying in state at his home at 31 Te Kauri Place, Helensville, where he will remain for the duration of his tangihanga. Whānau have advised that Matua’s tangihanga will take place on Monday 05th May 2025, at 9am at 31 Te Kauri Place, Helensville. followed by a private cremation on at North Shore Memorial Park. Whānau have also advised that the kai hakari will take place at 267 Parkhurst Road, Parakai at 1pm.
