Mark, we first met you on the plane to NZ when you and your family were emigrating and Tony and I were also returning home to NZ to live. I have followed your life over the nearly 50 years that we knew you and saw you develop into the wonderful family man you became. You were a great father to your children and they will miss you heaps. It was a privilege to know you and my heart goes out to Cristina and your boys. RIP Mark

Kuya Mark, I'm incredibly sad that you were taken from us so soon. You were an amazing surrogate father, a big brother and a dear friend. I am grateful to have been a part of your lovely family. I will always remember your kindness, generosity, and warmth. I'm glad to have made great memories with you and the family at karate, our fishing trips and at your wedding in Rarotonga or even just at home making smores. You will be missed.
