VIRTUE, Mary Bernadette. Passed away peacefully on 10 March 2021 in Mercy Hospice, after a courageous battle with cancer, aged 63. Beloved wife of Paul Kennedy, cherished mother of Marion and Eve and mother-in-law of James. Precious daughter of the late Rona and Jonathon Virtue and dearly remembered by her brother Paul Virtue. Treasured friend of many and much loved colleague at Remuera Library. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Wednesday 17th March 2021 at 12PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Dove House or Mercy Hospice would be appreciated.
