I loved Jenny she was a mentor and a friend. I was shocked to hear of her passing as I saw her 1 month ago and all seemed well. She will so deeply missed by many for her humour, knowledge and compassion. RIP Jenny Lots Merriam Palmer and Lisa Lister
Condolences to Jenny’s family. What a wonderful person Jenny was….. so positive and bright, so much fun, such a great mentor to many many people. I worked with Jenny at WITT and then saw her often in following years striding along with that bounce in her step. So sorry she has passed. She will be missed. RIP Jenny
What a wonderful person to have as a neighbour and friend. I will forever be inspired by Jenny because of how she lived her life - her positivity, kindness, knowledge of the world, interest in people/non judgemental attitude, love of travel, nature in all its glory and above all things, her love and dedication for her family. I'll miss you, you lovely lady xx
So sad to hear of Jenny's passing, she was beautiful soul, one of kind 'Death leaves a heartache than no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal'
Ah Jenny, I always enjoyed catching up with you, you were always so interested and interesting. I'll miss your twinkly eyes, curiosity and boundless energy. Thank you for including me in your family when I was a new mum with not much idea. You are the epitome of the idea of boundless love. Many big hugs for your kids and grandkids and wider family and friends. xo
Heartfelt condolences to Jenny’s family. Working with Jenny with a challenging project over what turned out to be a few years will live strong in my memory, her compassion for others and pragmatic approach helped bring the project to completion. She became more than a colleague, but a friend, always supportive and strong, even while silently dealing with her own health issues. We will miss you. Phil and Eleanor
In loving memory of Jenny, Your kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit will never be forgotten. You brought light into the lives of everyone around you, and your memory will forever live in our hearts. Rest in peace.
Jenny your vibrant energy, optimism, intelligence, sense of humour and that twinkle in your eyes, whenever we met up was such a joy to connect with. I have such fond memories of you as my tutor in anatomy and physiology (You made it so much more interesting and fun!) and also as a valued supporter of our Taranaki Homeopathic Group back in the day. Sincere condolences and peace to all the family Gayleen💙

It was always a happy day when our paths often converged with Jenny on the walkway or at Paris Plaige. Her effervescence and optimistic outlook were uplifting, and we will miss her. Rock on Jenny! Sending kindness to the family. Rob & Sam xx
We have been privileged to have Jenny as our valued neighbour for the last decade. From commiserating over proposed developments, or nesting seagulls; to bumping into her in the street, or just a silent wave mid-conversation as we arrived home. It will never be the same without her sitting in her camping chair, hat and sunglasses on, enjoying the evening sun and mountain view.
Sending our heartfelt sympathy to Jenny’s family. We met Jenny when living at the apartments and quickly became friends. Jenny was a beautiful lady with a huge heart and enormous generosity. Fly high Jenny and rest now, pain free, in peace xx
Thinking of Jenny’s family and the tender care they have shown her over the last week. Jenny was an original hangi mum, bright, cheerful and very much loved. Xx
Fly high, my dear friend Regards to all, Jeanette Avers
My sincere condolences to Jenny’s family at this sad time. She and I worked together at Taranaki Polytechnic and I valued her sense of humour, quick wit, empathy and compassion for her students and colleagues alike. Rest in peace, Jen! Xx
