I loved Jenny she was a mentor and a friend. I was shocked to hear of her passing as I saw her 1 month ago and all seemed well. She will so deeply missed by many for her humour, knowledge and compassion. RIP Jenny Lots Merriam Palmer and Lisa Lister

Heartfelt condolences to Jenny’s family. Working with Jenny with a challenging project over what turned out to be a few years will live strong in my memory, her compassion for others and pragmatic approach helped bring the project to completion. We have been privileged to have Jenny as our valued neighbour for the last decade. From commiserating over proposed developments, or nesting seagulls; to bumping into her in the street, or just a silent wave mid-conversation as we arrived home. It will never be the same without her sitting in her camping chair, hat and sunglasses on, enjoying the evening sun and mountain view.
