Thank you very much David for your belief in me and for being the instigator of putting my name forward for a King's Honour. It was such a generous thing to do for, although we had known each other for some decades, we had not worked together for some years. Rest in peace and thanks for all the wonderful outcomes you have achieved, leaving the world a better place.

We will remember David for his caring nature, always looking out for others. He had an amazing love of knowledge and generosity in sharing this with friends including helping one of our sons whilst at university . He wanted to spread awareness and understanding of different cultures which we always admired. Most of all we shall remember him as a wonderful husband to our cousin Avril.
