GIBBS, Valerie (nee Larsen, formally Whalan)

Passed away peacefully at Green Gables Care Centre on May 20, 2025, aged 86 years.

Much loved mother of Cathrine, Anthea, Chris, and Pete. Dearly loved mother in-law, sister, stepmother, grandmother, extended family member and friend to many.

Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Green Gables for their dedicated care of Val.

A memorial service will be held for Val at Shone and Shirley Funeral Directors, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson at 2pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
