Peacefully at Radius Thornleigh Park Rest Home on Monday, 27 October 2025, aged 67. Loved and treasured husband of Sarah. Friend and stepfather of Jason, Shaun, Alastair, Phillipa and, Tiffany, and their families.

A service to celebrate Eric’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Saturday 1 November 2025 at 10.30am.

Eric thank you for all your love ❤️ and kindness, especially to our girls, Kelly, Katelyn and Maddie. They have many found memories, from tractor rides, watching dvds & trips to the beach and many more. We loved you dearly and we will all miss you. RIP

Eric generous and thoughtful with a big heart. You had a few famous dishes you use to cook and always had a few good ideas to share. Always positive and supportive. We will miss your cheeky nature. Thanks for being there for Mum and us all. Rest easy now.
