On Saturday 24 May 2025, Sharon passed away peacefully at Summerset Falls Care Centre (Warkworth), aged 88.
Most dearly loved wife of Robert (Bob). Loved daughter of the late Joyce and Desmond Herring, and fond sister of the late Lloyd.
Sister in-law of Joan and the late Jim Harris and family.
Sharon liked to travel and was a keen sports woman who also loved her golf, bowls and racing. Her friendly smile and calm nature will be missed by everyone who knew her.
A funeral service was held at Jason Morrison Funerals, 24 Whitaker Road Warkworth, on Friday 30 May 2025 at 1:00pm, followed by private cremation.

Dear Bob, I'm sorry we can't be there today. Sharon has always been a joy to be around and I will remember her cheeky sense of humour and booming laugh. Her independence, sense of adventure and strength have been an inspiration for me. I want you to know we are here for you. You have our deepest sympathies. Eva and family xoxo

Sharon was our neighbor as I was growing up, remember the chats as we were walking past to Grandmas, also later when I took up golf she gave me some lessons, a very talented sportswomen who played a lot for Wellsford Golf Club and Northland, Thinking of you Bob,
