Passed away peacefully at Kaikoura Hospital in his 101st year. Dearly loved husband and companion of Pat for 75 years. Loved father and father inlaw of Ann and Bevan Gill, Roger (dec), Wendy and Lester. Loved pop of Melissa, Regan, Michelle, Rachel (dec), Melanie and their partners and families. A loved brother and brother inlaw. Loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all Kaikoura healthcare staff,
A service will be held at Kaikoura Bowling Club on Ludstone Road at 1pm on Friday 6th June at 1pm with a private burial to follow.

As Cliff was a Clockmaker, we feel this poem is appropriate for him. " The Clock of life is wound but once, and no Man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop, at late or early hour. Now is the only time you own, Live, Love, Toil with a will, place no faith in Tomorrow for the Clock may then be still. " Cliff made it to the- Late Hour. RIP.
