Beautiful send off Uncle Tam. A huge thanks to all who attended to pay their respects to a great man. To staff and management at Eagers funeral home for your diligence in making sure my Uncle and his whanau were well catered to. Know that you are loved and will be missed Uncle.

You were meant to be invincible, the indestructible Principal, my anchor immovable. But now you're gone, an incredibly sad song, to sing all alone. Yet across the barren land, of despairing sand, you offer me your hand. "Heed my deeds young brother, just follow my plan, and in the desperate jungle, you might still be a man. Work your hands bare, then give without fear, for life is not yours, until of it you share." "One last bullet I ask you to shoot, one final order they cannot refute, look the world in the eye and harden your boot, then smile as you give it the Tamati Salute.

Koro, It’s hard to find the right words to say for my last forever message to you. I never thought I would have to ever do so, you were never meant to leave. I promise to make sure our babies always know who you are, to work hard and hold a high standard. To make sure they are good humans that don’t put up with shit, that don’t do things by halves and have big hearts. To make sure they are determined and know what’s right and what’s wrong, and to aim for the stars. Thank you Koro for 32 years of your support, love, guidance and being you. I love you and will miss you everyday. Say hi to Nanny and Koro from us and give them love ❤️
