PERKINS, Sylvia.
It is with deep sadness we advise of the sudden passing of Sylvia Perkins, who passed on Tuesday 10th June.
A gifted seamstress, gardener, Zumba enthusiast, early childhood educator, and friend to all.
Sylvia leaves behind her dear wife, Joan (Roo) Ambrose. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
A service to celebrate Sylvia's life will be held at 2.30 pm on Saturday 14th in the North Harbour Chapel at Dil's. 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, Auckland.

Dear Sylvia, thanks for all the wonderful memories. You were such a gem. So artistic with all your dolls,(now there's a story I could tell !!), innovative and inspiring to children and you had such an infectious laugh (giggle!) and, you were a wonderful dance partner. I will miss you but never forget you. Goodbye my dear friend. Dear Roo, sending you my deepest sympathies .You and Sylvia were meant to be together So many memorable years together. Cherish the memories and know the spirit of Sylvia will rest with us til our end. xx
