Passed away suddenly, as a result of a motor vehicle accident, on 13 June 2025. Aged 69 years. Dearly loved wife of Martin for 46 years and loved mother of Colette and Chris Jacobs, Simon and Kelly Beech and Megan and Steven McHardy. Loved grandmother of Ian, Victoria, Sophie, Brody, Blake, Laurie and Phoebe and sister of Marion Lumley.
A Requiem Mass for Philipa will be celebrated at St Brigid’s Catholic Church, 27 Wakeman Street, Pahiatua on Monday 23 June 2025 at 11 am followed by interment at Mangatainoka Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at the Church on Sunday 22 June 2025 at 6 pm. Messages can be sent to the Beech family, c/- PO Box 1014, Palmerston North.

Just memories I will always remember. Being in Omori holiday house most new years growing up we didn't need to lift a finger. Food on the table, washing done, house clean and great yarns. If only she new all the trouble we were getting up to. Thank you for looking after us over the years. Amazing kind loving lady who will be missed. Fly high
