Dearest Ngaire, As I look back on my journey of moving to NZ almost 20 years ago, one thing that stands out is the part you played in getting me to where I am today. Starting over wasn’t easy, but the support you and Brad gave me helped build the confidence and reassurance I needed to move forward. You went beyond being an employer — you showed genuine kindness, both inside and outside of the office, and that meant more than I can truly put into words. I will always be grateful for your generosity, your understanding, and the trust you placed in me. You played such an important part in helping me and my family begin our life here in NZ, and I will never forget that. A beautiful soul, inside and out — you will always be remembered. Rest in peace.

Ngaire will be missed, she was a lovely person, full of life. I used to work with her at Canzac cables (Olex cables) she was our camp mother when we had our ladies evenings out, great organiser of our events outside work. Taught me how to use the pug phone switch board and then I accidentally pull one out while they were having a conversation always tense me about that one. A great lady.
