Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospital on 23rd April 2026, at the age of 90.

Dearly loved husband of Eileen.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Neil and Lynette, Keith and Jenny, Miriam and Roger, and Ian and Jo.

Loved Poppa of the late Jessica, Roxanne, Katherine and Terence; James, David and Miah; Shona and Greg; Michelle, Andrew and Sid.

Cherished great-grandfather of 9 and soon to be 10.

A service to celebrate Ron’s life was held at the Warkworth Methodist Church, 1 Hexham Street, Warkworth, on Friday, 1st May 2026 at 1:00pm.
