DEACON, Patricia Winifred (née Fleming) late of Waikanae – On 1 March 2026, at Wellington Regional Hospital, aged 95 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Ernest.  Loving mother and mother-in-law of the late Mike & Carol, Phil & Jane, Caroline & Sean, Jill & Tony.  Devoted grandmother & great-grandmother.  Loved by all her wider family and friends.

Special thanks to the staff of Arvida Waikanae Lodge, Wellington Regional Hospital and Wellington Free Ambulance for their care and support of Patricia.

A service for Patricia will be held at the St John’s Anglican Church, 18 Basset Rd, Johnsonville, Wellington on Thursday 5 March 2026 at 10:00am, thereafter private cremation.
