Pat (our Mother hen of the lounge). You were always in the know & always looking out for everyone including me!. I loved having a good conversation with you, & I also loved how you were never afraid of voicing your own opinion. I will miss your quick responses to the afternoon quizzes, even if you were half asleep you always managed to mumble me the answer (Im not asleep, im just resting my eyes she would tell me). You had a big, beautiful personality and we are really going to miss you in the lounge at Summerset. Rest in love Pat xxx thanks for being a true gem. OMG.My whole hearted condolences to Sharon,Tracey and families.Pat and Phil were great friends with my mum and dad and shared some great times together..Surf club carnivals and Xmas lunches.The odd brown fizzy lemonade shared together.Some great times.My heart goes out to you.Once again my sincere condolences.

Condolences to all of Pat's family. Pat was a part of our many Hurricanes rugby trips over the early years of Super Rugby. On the 25th April 1999 the Hurricanes played the Brumbies in Wellington at Athletic Park, a game that the Hurricanes won. We celebrated Pat's birthday that night when it wasn't even her birthday. On our way back to our motel we picked up various presents for Pat. A road cone, a wheelie bin, a milk crate and a banana plus a certain something to place it on. Such hilarity. Many happy memories.
