Peacefully passed away surrounded by whānau on Friday November 7, 2025. Much loved wife of Joe, cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Pirihira is resting at Whakatū Marae and her funeral will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 119 Nayland Road, Stoke, Nelson on Tuesday November 11, 2025 at 10:00 am.

Thank you Shone &Shirley for the outstanding service and support given to our whanau at time of need. It was seamless, peaceful and culturally appropriate. The honour and respect given to Mum through Charlee and the team behind her allowing Mum to be prepared by her great granddaughter and my granddaughter has changed the tide for the whanau, from choosing from tradition to choosing for best practice.and service.❤️ Nga mihi Aroha.
