Thank you for the wonderful tributes. Sorry we cannot be there in person. It was great to see him at his sister Diane's memorial a couple of years ago. It was an honour to have known him. Thanks again, from Dunedin.

Brian, was a great man with a funny sense of humour. A hard man but a fair one. He got in the mud and dirt with you. What he expected of others he was prepared to do as well. There is a tender heart inside that tough exterior.
