Passed peacefully at Middlemore Hospital on Thursday 5 September 2019 aged 88 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Frank.

Loving mother of Keith, Christine, Sharon, Ross, David, and their partners.

Requiem Mass for Patricia will be celebrated at the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, Miranda Street, Stratford on Wednesday 11 September 2019 at 11.00am prior to her being laid to rest at Kopuatama Cemetery.
