So saddened to hear the news of Sammy's passing. He was such a big part of scouting life when we were kids, a time I look back on fondly. His love of all things scouting had to offer, his infectious smile and big bear hugs, and his determined persistence; I think Sammy taught us all more than we really knew at the time. Lots of love to Kappy, Moira and family.

I am so sad to hear about Sammy - what a delightful person he was. I have watched Sammy grow-up along side Kyle and found Sammy to be such a fun and happy wee man. I am very saddened to read of Sam’s death. It has been a privilege to be have been part of Sam’s life. His cheery outlook on life was infectious. At present we are holidaying on the West Coast so will be unable to be at Sams funeral. My thoughts are with you. Doreen Hooper
