Tragically as a result of an accident on Friday, 15 December 2017, aged 27 years. Most dearly loved daughter of Steve Carrie, and Karen Close, and stepdaughter of Sharee Carrie. Loved partner of Jared Martyn. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Glen and Chanelle, and Catharine. Special aunty of Joel, and Allie. A service to celebrate Jackie's life will be held at St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Regan Street, Stratford on Thursday 21 December 2017 at 12 noon.  A private cremation will be held.
