Als ich in Neuseeland war sind Ulli und ich immer viel nach den Hamilton Gardens mit Cody gewandert, einige Zeit im Park spazieren gegangen und im Restaurant etwas verspeist. Meine Gedanken sind am 11.07.bei euch und besonders bei meiner Schwester Ulli, die nicht mehr unter uns ist ,aber für uns in unserem Leben immer in unseren Gedanken sein wird. Als sie nach Neuseeland ging, war es für uns Geschwister und besonders für unsere Mutter nicht leicht, sie so weit weg zu wissen. Jeder Besuch von ihr, und sie hatte ihre Mutter bevor diese starb recht häufig besucht, war immer eine große Freude. Die beiden standen sich besonders nahe, wobei die Musik , besonders das Klavierspiel, sie sehr verbannt. Besonders schön war es, als einmal die gesamte Familie für längere Universitätsauftrag in Deutschland verweilen konnte. Ich denke noch gern an die Zeit als sie uns in England besuchte und mir eine Hilfe und Unterstützung vor der Geburt meiner Tochter war. Eine besondere Erinnerung ist ihr 70. Geburtstag, den sie bei uns im Schloss mit ihren Freunden aus Deutschland und Neuseeland gefeiert hat. Wie schön, dass es diese Fotos gibt. Mein Besuch mit Manfred, meinem Mann, im Jahre 2015 in Neuseeland, war für uns ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Wir wohnten bei ihr, haben ihr Zuhause und sie und ihren geliebten Hund Cody und das wunderschöne Neuseeland erlebt. Sie hat das Leben mit euch 3 Kindern toll gemeistert! Ihren Beruf als Lehrerin hatte sie nicht weiterführen können, hat aber mit viel Liebe und Verständnis sich der Arbeit mit behinderten Menschen gewidmet. Sie fehlt uns!
