He Pānui tēnei mai i a Haven Falls, Rotorua

Bereavement pānui on behalf of the Tuau whānau regarding the passing of their beloved Dad, Koro, Brother, Uncle & Friend, Samuel (Sam) Rima Tuau, who sadly passed away at Tauranga Hospital on Thursday, 16th October 2025.

Matua is currently in our care here at Haven Falls Funeral Home ki Rotorua and will be departing for Murupara on Friday the 17th October at 11am for his final hikoi to Murupara.  At the conclusion of the hikoi, Matua will arrive to Te Papa-o-Rotu Marae, Whatawhata, Waikato at 4pm. Whanau have advised the funeral service will take place on Monday, 20th October 2025, followed by 11am graveside burial service at Pehi Houkura Urupa, Whatawhata.
