"I thought Richard was my best mate until I realised yesterday he has lots of best mates?? Richard and I were the weekend warriors working on each other's houses, swapping tools and sharing skills . Sometimes I would have to say slow down it's going to break.. too late . It made working on our places fun , we laughed and joked a lot. I won't forget any of our fishing trips either , he liked my Army Bay spot and often caught more than me! I loved Richard like a brother. I will miss him so much. "I feel honoured to have been able to watch you celebrate Richards life from afar. As a good and long friend of Hannahs and the Power clan, it is a great testimony to the kind of man he was, by the kind of people you all are; bright, adventurous and some of the most endearing people I have been so lucky to know. Although I didn't spend a lot of time with Richard, every interaction is embedded in my memory with laughter and of course endless dad jokes.
