Phillips  John Hubert (Jack) 20 March 1934 -16 October 2025. Aged 91 years

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jack/Dad/Grandpa and great Grandpa Jack.

Jack passed away peacefully after a short illness on 16 October 2025

Husband of Annette, father of Paul, Aidan and Claire Phillips, grandfather to Sam and Nick Buchanan (deceased) and great grandfather to William, Riley, Fergus, Willow and Elijah. Cherished brother of Jill Brigenshaw.
