Anna you went so sudden it was such a shock. I treasure the time I had with you and hearing your stories about your two lovely dogs. You were always up for a wine or gin we had some good laughs You will be missed RIP

RIP Anna. One of the best. Remember your 21st at the flat was a great night. Always willing to give something a go playing in the Navy Women's cricket team and you were a great bowler. Drove past the flat in Milford just the other day and although we hadn't seen each other for many years remembered fondly. Condolences to your family. Never forgotten. Matt/Bean

Anna, back in 2006 you took me in (as some random kid of your former workmate at Southland Hospital) when I first moved to Christchurch and we kicked off a wonderful friendship. Your dogs, Bert and Maddy, and your house in South Brighton became such a safe haven and respite for me during a couple hard years. I bet you thought I was helping you out with house and dog sitting, especially if you were working late, but I was enjoying the unconditional love and hugs of your two amazing dogs (yeah sorry I'd let sleep in the bed with me), the beach walks and the heart to hearts over terrible men we'd have with wine and music. You always had such funny stories, a huge smile and some sporty adventure going on. You were always and still are such an inspiration to me and I am sorry it was your funeral and not over a glass of wine that we caught up again. It was amazing to meet your fur babies at your service and know that you will be at rest with Bert and Maddy soon.

I was shocked and sadden to hear about Anna's passing. Unfortunately I lost touch with Anna when she moved down to Invercargill. We had some great adventures together; mainly travelling and biking. Anna had a great energy about her, she always up for an adventure, and she loved her dogs. Rest in peace Anna. My thoughts are with Anna's family friends.

Anna This has come as a shock. I don't really know what to say. Like others who have left a tribute, we had lost touch over the years and yet you are someone that I should have kept in touch with as we had things in common. You were a year behind me at school but we got to know each other after that and I won't forget the fun we had. Such an easy going person. Gone far too soon

I am really sad to hear about Anna. We’d lost touch over the years, but she’s someone I’ve always remembered. She was bubbly, kind, and had such a genuine warmth about her. One of my favourite memories is when she and a few other friends organised a surprise baby shower for me. They told me we were going to check out the “new Glenfield Mall” - which didn’t even exist at the time, and I completely fell for it. I had no idea what was coming, and it turned out to be the most lovely, thoughtful afternoon. That day has stuck with me all these years, and it’s such a reflection of who Anna was - fun, generous, and always thinking of others. My thoughts are with Anna’s family and friends.

Oh Anna, we lost contact in person, but you were not forgotten. We had some fun at Police college together and then flatting in AK together for a little bit. I am just so sorry that in putting off trying to get back in touch means that I have missed that chance. My thoughts and love to Anna's family. Wing 183 :-(

Anna was a breath of fresh air, when she worked at Diagnostic Testing, Southland Hospital. She was joy to patients and for me, as a staff member. Bouncy and fun, she helped patients who were scared or unsure, to settle and have their tests done. We visited her in CHCH, and she was thriving in her role there, warmly welcoming and a consummate professional. She shone as a person, woman and friend, sadly missed.
