Carl passed away peacefully at Tauranga hospital Tuesday 15th July 2025 in his 90th year.
Dearly loved husband of Fay, married 66 years.
Loved dad of Les, Pam and Rob. Father-in-law to Mark and Marisa.
Loved poppa to Steve, Josh, Chris, Ben, Ayeisha, Nicola, Jesse and the late James.
Poppa Carl to Rylan, Ryker, Ravvyn, Leah, Isla, Archer, Colten-Carl and Ayana.
Loved brother-in-law of Judy, Patsy and the late Diane.
A private cremation will be held.
Family and friends are invited to the memorial service at the Mount RSA, 544 Maunganui Rd, on the 25th July at 11am.

Carl has been a part of my life for nearly 70 years, a brother-in-law and son-in-law who was a charismatic character and always had a story to tell. He was full of mischief, kept you on your toes! We loved him dearly and he will always be remembered by our families as a legend. Very generous, helpful and a great husband to our sister Fay. A marriage of 66 years, still strong right to the end. Hope you have a good catchup with Mum, dad and Di. Rest in peace. Love Jude and Rob xxx🫶🥰
