Survived by her daughters Cherie and Rebecca (Becky), Granddaughter Taiawatea, and Great-Grandson Te Ōtākiritanga (Oats).
A collector of many trinkets, lover of music, and a colourful character. Faced many challenges, but is now free, and at peace with the Lord, her Shepherd. She shall not want. Love you to eternity!

My sincere condolences to the family at this very sad time. Shirley was one of a kind and I'll never forget her. She certainly was a colourful character. RIP
What a lovely photo Shirley, Thankyou for having been my friend for many years, I truly admired you. A fond memory I have is you having access to a phone and calling me because you wanted to say hello to “ Peter Peter Pumpkin eater” ( this was not a one off). Such a crackup. Rest in eternal peace you deserve it.
