Bereavement pānui on behalf of the Te Kaawa whānau regarding the loss of their beloved Koro, uncle and Dad, Te Mirimana Mohiti Nikora Te Kaawa who sadly passed away today, Thursday 24th July 2025 in Rotorua.

Matua is currently in our care until his 5:30pm departure for Waikotikoti Marae, 2846 Te Whaiti Road, Miniginui where he will remain until the rā nehu.  Whanau have advised that the 11am burial service will take place on Saturday, 26th July 2025, followed by a graveside burial service at Kahurangi Urupa.
