We always enjoyed Andrew’s company . Such a good guy - especially in relation to the fact that Annie is one of my oldest friends since childhood so when we met Andrew in th 90’s for the first time I was so happy she’d chosen a true goodie to suit each other so well! Ben too was into alternative Nz music ( being a musician) and they would talk about their shared passion. Over the years we saw Andrew as a wonderful father to his lovely boys - they are a true testament to great parenting. Not long before Andrew’s diagnosis or very close - Andrew and Annie came to a gig of Ben’s one man band Oksun Ox at the Whammy bar It was so cute to be out together in that black box underground - what a loving cool couple together . I wished my pix of them had come out. We miss you dearly Andrew xx Tess & Ben & Rufus n Sian. Xx
Dear Anna, Lukasz and Kazik. It was such a lovely service and remembrance for Andrew the other day. He would have been so proud of you all getting g up and talking so well during this difficult time. I just wanted to share the great memories I had of Andrew coaching Josh Stewart, Kazik and all the young Cornwall Cricket players over a number of years. He showed so much patience and passion towards the boys cricket and their improvement. Thank you Andrew. His memory will always live on in all you guys. Take care. Tony, Kate and Josh Stewart.
Andrew always made me laugh, think, reflect on life and value life. I will ride to the top of mountainous tracks and send him a few photos of some lovely geological features. We'll wish your joy. Love Jock and Susan xxx
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this sad time.
