In Loving Memory of Grahame It’s hard to put into words the impact someone like Grahame had — not just as a client, but as a true and loyal friend. From the very first home I sold them in Australia, Grahame and Colleen became more than just clients. Through every move, every negotiation, and every shared laugh, we built a bond that went far beyond real estate. Over time, they became like family. Even after they returned to New Zealand, our connection never faded making sure we stayed in touch — sometimes with a stern word, often with a cheeky joke, but always with heart. He was never shy to put me “under the whip,” reminding me (with a smile) that things were to be done his way! And you know what — I wouldn’t have had it any other way. We shared so many moments filled with laughter, good-natured debates, and honest chats. I’ll always be grateful for the trust he placed in me and the memories we created along the way. To his loving wife Colleen — my thoughts and heart are with you. Thank you both for letting me be part of your journey. Grahame, you will be deeply missed but never forgotten. With love and respect, Tracey

From Oliver: I remember staying with Pop as a young child and the warm, kind energy that he radiated. One evening when he was watering the garden, I asked him if he would let me hold the hose. His reply was 'only if you promise not to wet me'. And I think he knew, as he handed it over to me with a grin, that was exactly what I intended to do. When I watered him down from head to toe, he simply laughed. I think he saw a piece of himself mirrored back at him. A cheeky, fun-loving spirit. I will miss Pop often, but look back with only wholesome memories from my childhood. I know that he is at peace now in God's Garden From Pushti: I am so grateful we got to spend time with nanna and poppa Mitch before we left NZ for our London OE. I loved teaching him how to answer a call from nan on his old school mobile phone, helping him write the instructions down in his cute little notebook. I loved going through the photo albums of their travels, seeing his face light up as he explained the stories behind each photo. Pop always gave the best hugs and had the best cheeky grin both before and after he said something funny. I hope he's happy now, wherever he is, driving his cars, taking lots of photos and doing the things that bring him joy. Rest easy pop, thank you for inspiring us to work hard and try to be the best we can be.
