On 27 July 2025, peacefully, and in the company of Penelope. A full life of nearly 93 years. Dearly loved wife of Richard (deceased). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Janice, Penelope and Doug, Nick and Libby, and Dan and Tracey. Grandmother of 11, and great-grandmother of 14. Thank you to staff at Ivan Ward Centre for their care over the last four months. A special thanks to Karen, Lorraine's neighbour for over 20 years.
A requiem mass will be held at St Mark's Catholic Church, 334 Pakuranga Road, at 11.00am on Friday, 1 August, 2025.
