I first had the pleasure of meeting Bruce while I was still in College. He was a wealth of information - and he is one of the reasons I ended up becoming a Funeral Director - It's been 26 years this coming January that I went on my first callout. I have seen Bruce out on jobs and managed to catch up for a yak, and to remember the old days. My heartfelt condolences to Lynn and the family for your sad loss. Thank you Bruce for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with me - You truly were an inspiration.
Bunch of different emotions today — I remember so many good times with Brucey, from the Hong Kong Sevens to Moonshadow in the Kimberley's, and that visit to Eden Park. A sad day, but I’m sure he’d be smiling at the send-off. He obviously knew long ago how much his loving family would miss him.
Bruce will be proud of the lovely service and words spoken at his final farewell. You will cherish the memories.
Thinking of you all today, we know you'll say goodbye to Bruce just how he wanted, sending our love and thoughts to you all. Dave, Deb, Nick and Gab
